Cart ambushes after both EA patches

Current status

Hotfix 0.4.1 reduced attacks and shifted targeting toward more valuable carts. Update 0.4.5 rebalanced ambushes again to make them less frequent and more predictable.

What to check in your save

Compare cargo value and escort status before departure. Neither patch publishes an exact route-risk calculator; lower frequency does not mean that a route is safe.
