Inspect the right state
Count usable stock for the next production step before choosing a route. Do not include goods promised to another batch as spare inventory. Open the recipe menu with right-click; right-clicking elsewhere can simply close a window.
Make the decision
For hybrid routing, enter a target that matches the reserve you intend to keep, then inspect the result after one batch. The official interface describes stock above the retained target going to the storefront. It does not promise customers will immediately purchase that excess.
Verify the result
Check the storeroom and storefront after production. If the destination is full, address the capacity constraint before increasing output. Use the manual worksheet to separate retained stock from surplus without importing an unverified recipe constant.
