Inspect the right state
Identify whose panel you are reading: the employee assigned to production or the family member practicing the profession. Inspect the worker grade and wage separately from the profession rank and the building requirements listed in that profession’s ladder.
Make the decision
For a building upgrade, follow the profession and title requirements in the actual construction panel. For an employee promotion, inspect that worker’s experience and the current promotion action. Reference salaries and thresholds are attributed secondary values rather than live defaults.
Verify the result
After training or promotion, confirm the changed field on the same character. The 0.4.1 skill-training fix addresses failed gains, while the October Overseer plan introduces future management roles; neither erases the distinction between these ladders.
