Make the decision
Use the current city price comparison to evaluate another destination. Historical lows and highs describe earlier observations, so they cannot be substituted for the live quote. A cheaper nominal price may still require an additional trip or delay.
Verify the result
If a difference remains unexplained, capture both expanded tooltips from the same save and note the selected character. The archive does not combine displayed percentages into an invented global formula when the game has not published the complete calculation.
