Inspect the right state
Identify whether the amount belongs to the character, the dynasty or the city treasury before adding it to a plan. The 0.4.5 notes adjust taxes and imperial payments in relation to city renown, while the secondary city starting amounts may describe an older state.
Make the decision
For an office action, inspect the current authority and the budget it uses. Keep personal workshop purchases in a separate cash ledger. A large public treasury does not establish that your business can afford an upgrade or that an applicant will win office.
Verify the result
After a civic expenditure, inspect the affected quarter and the actual treasury movement. Quarter-improvement fixes and city-income rebalancing are separate changes; neither supplies an automatic forecast of next year’s available public funds.
