Inspect the right state
Inspect every relevant cart’s cargo and destination. Separate an empty available cart from a loaded cart, a cart already traveling and an uncompleted purchase. Check whether the business has the intended Master and whether its ingredients and output space are present.
Make the decision
Complete or unload an intended delivery before assigning the cart elsewhere. The 0.4.5 purchase fix removes the reported purchasing restriction, but buying another cart still requires the current quote and a deliberate budget. Future allocation orders remain in the October preview.
Verify the result
Observe whether the Master starts the expected delivery once an empty cart is available. If the problem remains, record cargo, Master appointment and job state rather than treating the disappearance of old notification spam as evidence that a trip occurred.
