Investigate a training session with no skill change

Inspect the right state

Record the character, chosen session and displayed skill before training. Distinguish skill practice from profession experience or an employee promotion. A change in one ladder may leave a different panel unchanged.

Make the decision

Allow the session to complete and inspect interruptions or an unintended task assignment. If the same completed session still fails on the checked build, preserve the save and the specific skill field rather than estimating what the gain ought to have been.

Verify the result

Use the training checklist to retain the observation and inspect promotion separately. The archive does not fill a blank skill-gain formula with an average taken from another profession or from an older demo.
