Inspect the citizenship panel for wealth, residence, title or other conditions in your build. This database does not supply an unverified cash threshold. Keep eligibility requirements separate from the fee charged to apply; those are different figures even if both concern money.
Prepare the next step
The diary names Town Servant, Night Watchman and Spy as initial offices. Once citizenship is obtained, inspect which positions and applications are actually open. Citizenship does not mean that every office is immediately available.
Record why you are blocked
Use the office checklist to capture the missing requirement and the exact message shown. That makes a later source review possible and prevents you from spending on an unrelated improvement simply because a guide lists it as part of a generic political build.
